2006 Honda Accord Repair Question

I have a 2006 Honda Accord, 208,000 miles - I am getting a loud vibrating noise when I drive - sounds like from the tires or wheels - does not exist in idle or when in neutral and I rev the engine - I just changed the tires and the problem is still there.

first thought it was tires, which needed changing
bought new tires, including alignment, problem still exists

Have the transaxles checked-CV Joints and Boots, transmission and suspension
