2006 Ford F-250 Repair Question

Ford F-250 Fuse Problem
My fwd is not working. switch does not seem to be working. the fwd light is not on. however i did get it working once by turning truck off then starting again. but now will not work at all

check fuses underhood and realy if not that then have it scanned to see if you are gettin an indication of what is wrong.
