The check engine light is on & engine is missing like it has a bad spark plug. (It is diesel) but its not smoking, The man that check it said that it was a fuel leveling sensor but could not tell me where it was located or why it is missing

Is that P0106? You didn't say what motor.

The code P0106 is not for the fuel level sensor.
