Recently, on two separate occasions my 2006 ford f150 5.4l engine (85K miles) ran rough and was back firing. Once while going over an overpass and another time while passing a vehicle. Both times the engine was warmed up. I don’t tow anything with the truck and change the oil every 3K miles. Any ideas on what is going on.
