Ford Expedition Alternator Problem
Checking charging system light comes on however battery is good also the alternator is ok ?

Are there any applicable charging system trouble codes? Those are B codes. Have you check any voltage and ground circuits. A new battery and alternator won't fix anything if there is a problem with wiring circuit, somewhere.
