My 2006, Dodge 2500 truck makes a sudden eek sound when you turn off the ignition, what causes that?

Often caused by the serpentine belt slipping. As one of the pistons coasts up to top dead center on the compression stroke, that pressure causes the engine to run backward just a little. The momentum of the spinning alternator, water pump, and power steering pump puts extra stress on the belt so it might slip a little and cause a chirp. That's fairly common.
