2006 Dodge Neon No start

It does not start lights are on dash is on but does not crank, starter relay is ok, found out that the ground side of coil of the relay is missing

Try resetting security system if no manual look online

Then call a dealer or try locking driver's door with key and unlocking it see if that does it. Older Chryslers are done that way
