I was wondering if there was a Citroen Expert in Sydney that's as good as the mhpautos member on this website?

My car splutters at low revs and when accelerating after coasting. It also stalls occasionally and is worse when cold.
My mechanic replaced the spark plugs and had the fuel injectors removed and cleaned. Overall the engine has more power but it didn't fix the main issue. He thinks it might be the throttle body and he said I should get the Eprom or chip reset. Not sure if that's the right word. There seems to be a noticeable and sometimes dangerous pause after depressing the accelerator and the revs picking up.
What do you think? Is he on the right track or have you seen this before?
