2006 Chrysler Town and Country Repair Question

Chrysler Town and Country Sensor Problem
The front mudguard ,under the bumper,on my wife's t&c was hanging down .When I was re-attaching it I noticed a black plunger type device also hanging.Could this be the airbag sensor? Thanks

Nope. More likely the ambient air temperature sensor for the overhead compass / thermometer.
