I have a Pacifica that makes a very loud whining noise in cold weather. If I do not let the car warm up for a good 5-10 minutes, the noise gets louder when turning or stopping. It eventually stops when the car is warm. I am just wondering if this is typical for cold weather. I live in the northeast, and it started happening more and more each winter. The car is not kept in a garage.
