2 things fell out can I glue em' back on

Hey, Changing rear pads on Pacifica 06', one hub was loose so I took it off, 2 curved shims fell out like an old style of shoe brakes, not real sure if they should float like that, should I glue them where I think they should be, if so what kind of glue? Crazy,Elmiers or gorllia
