Engine management light?

My engine light is always on, the "cat" was replaced 4 months ago, the sensors were replaced 2 days ago, but the light is still on and the diagnostics tell me I have a faulty "cat" again. Could I have had a inferior cat fitted or is there another solution that has been missed?

I have seen the PCM be bad and cause this issue, I would search google or ebay for a rebuilt unit to see if that fixed the problem.
