2006 Chrysler 300 Repair Question

I've just changed the battery and now the turn signal lights nor the windshield wipers work, could it be a fuse?

The year is 2006 make is chrysler 300

Check fuses. Also, if all looks good, disconnect the battery again and reconnect it. Hopefully it will reset.
