Car was almost not going to start and we have gone through some cold weather.Due to the age of the car I thought it would be the battery so I put in a new battery and took the old one in to Interstate and had it checked.It was fine.Do you think it is the starter or solenoid or voltage regulator?Also when idling at a light engine seems to miss or something like a surge.
