A/c won't cool

Replaced compressor , condensor , dryer , and expansion valve. System holds 14.5 ounces. Pulled a vacumn , recharged with correct amount, pressures are 30 low side about 160 high side. liquid line up to condensor is hot but condensor and liquid line to expansion valve remains cool to the touch. Suction line from expansion valve to compressor also room temp. i am a mechanic for 30 years , this one has me stumped. I thought a restriction in the condensor which is why I changed it. this car has the condensor and dryer as one assembly. temp at vent is about 80 degrees.

Check the air bleed/blend doors. My bet is one of the doors isn't op0ening to channel the air across the evaporator coil.
