CHEVROLET COBALT GAS PROBLEM
2006 Chevrolet Cobalt • 135 miles
I have a 2006 Cobalt 4 cyl. The issue, it would stall when I come to a stop, but it would start again. This happened randomly for about 2 months, probably 3 times a month. One day it would have trouble starting as if the starter was bad, however the starter was fine and the battery is fully charged. It would eventually turn over and start to spudder as if no gas was getting to it. I took it to my mechanic and they replaced the fuel filter, they said it was dirty and was the issue. Car worked fine for 2 days, then I parked it on a hill and when I whent to start the car it would not turn over, I leveled the car out thinking there may be not enough gas in the lines. After trying to start the car and pressing the gas peddle it started. Now every time I start the car it will not turn over unless I press the gass before turning the ignition. This happened for about 3 days, now it wont turn over at all. If it doesnt turn over by Any ideas?
