Buick Allure Noise Problem

Drove through a newly paved road, & got tar on front rotors/pads & the dealer was great...he replaced both, but now I have a clicking sound which goes away temporarily when I touch the brake. Do you think they forgot a bushing, an anti rattle clip, spacers or some kind of shim thingies, or maybe a caliper bolt hole wore larger giving me , what I suspect is a brake caliper clatter noise?
Love the car which I bought knew & would trade it in on a new one ....but I do not like the new noisey, low profile jack ass tires which neighbor says wear out after 9,000 km !
