It seems that if I open my moon roof opens fine when the car is stopped but when I start driving the moonroof just stops working like I am not even pressing the button and sometimes it just appears stuck(only goes back). I was thinking it is the switch but it works fine when I am stopped. Also tried WD40 in the rails but still no luck. My last two solutions are either relay or motor but not sure. Could you help?

Check battery for condition including load test autoparts tire stores do for free. Make sure terminal ends are clean. Then check condition of belt and tensioner recommended replacement for both is 60k

The battery is brand new. Reset the moon roof switch when I replaced the battery but to no avail. What belt and tension-er are we talking about?

Terminals are clean, belt seems fine. Let me rephrase what I meant to say. If the car is on it works fine, but when I start driving, around 5 miles per hour it just doesn't operate any longer. Any other things I could check?

A belt can "seem" fine but has to measured with a tool to see if it's worn out. Recommended replacement of tensioner andbelt is 60k. Have a pro look at it I think your voltage isn't good while driving but I can' t see it or look at it.
