2005 Volkswagen Transporter Repair Question

Vw transporter t5 misfire
Vw transporter t5 2.5 diesel 2005 130
recently after a cold spell my t5 has developed a misfire if i try to accelerate hard. it starts about 2000rpm. if i accelerate slowly using only a bit of throttle its fine right through the rev range.
it only occurs when i put my foot down hard. can you help me?

My 2006 2.5 130 is doing the same. Cam looks fine have just swapped the injectors arround and replaced the loom and nothing has changed
