2005 Volkswagen Jetta Repair Question

My auto trans is making a sudden shifting problem

I got in my 2005 Jetta and it started shifting hard almost like it wanted to kill the engine it is sudden is there a senser going out or what could cause this I am not going to drive till I figure it out as do not want to hurt transmission

Any codes in the computer?A hard shift usually means there is too much pressure.We need to check for codes and also perform a transmission pressure test.

If those are supposed to be codes there is a letter followed by a four digit number.I dont see that with ethier code.

The 300 is fluid temp sensor related... are you sure about the second set of numbers?

16502 comes up as coolant temp sensor signal too high... just making sure.

Both from the TCM?

I will check it out but OBD2 codes start with a Letter followed by a four digit number.

Which model jetta do you have?GLI etc?Also what size engine?

I towed it over to Kona to a specialest but thank you for your help it was a TDI GLS
