2005 Vauxhall Tigra Repair Question

New regulator on driving side fit, but the program isnt reset
The window recently broke on the drivers side and I had a new regulator fitted by a friend. Only problem is, it havent reset properly and the window wont drop to open and close. I have been told it needs resetting, how is this done? I havent got the cash to spend another £400 to send to a vauxhall garage

you will probably have to reprogram the body module which normally is done at dealers
