Hello i have a combo 1.3 cdti which is difficult to start cold or warm if left for 5 min. have been to garage to check heater plugs work and had new fuel filter.its been suggested to me that the fuel reterns to tank when stopped engine?? has good pulling power and does not breathe through oil filler cap (ie compression rings) any comments or ideas about fault many thanks
