2005 Toyota Corolla air conditioner

My husband has checked fuses, we replaced the relay and there is no power getting to the blower motor but he checked it and it will run we replace the panel with the knobs and that wasnt it. What might be keeping it from getting any power to it

Are you sure it is power you are not getting? It's supposed to receive power all the time. The switch controls the ground side for the speeds.
If you confirm power missing, test the 10 amp gauge fuse and the 40 amp heater fuse.

Positive its not the fuses, they are good and have been tested.

Then you are just going to have to follow a wiring diagram to determine where you lost it.
