* 2005 Subaru Impreza RS

The 15A fuse (in the engine compartment) for the Power Windows AND turn signals continues to blow. After putting a new fuse in and starting the car, this happens. It's been going on for some time.

I am a college student, with currently limited financial resources, but also someone who knows a good amount about cars, but not skilled with electrical items. I am DIY with a lot of things. This problem started many months ago, not too long after an O2 sensor was replaced.

Could it be a fusible link? Relay? I just need an idea of where to start the troubleshooting. Thanks for any help and suggestions that you can provide.
