Problem with drive train or transmission

Any idea why a car would start to shake in steering column at speeds over 50mph while going up hills and intensify last few trips where you feel it inside the whole car now? Still leaks drips of oil after supposedly the manifold gaskets were replaced and the Left cv boot was suspected of leaking grease but then second opinion said it was just a loose clamp that was tightened at no cost.

Possibilities here: Could be wheel alignment, wheels/tires, suspension or a transmission problem
