Cruise control was not working

Cruise control was not working. Found fuse blown and replaced it. Tried out vehicle and it worked for a few seconds. Did not blow the fuse just would not work. Also the horn does not work. Please help. Tom

Do you have any codes in the computer?You may have a bad air bag coil I have replace those before on those cars.

I would start by checking the horn inop first could lead us to the cruise issue. Do you have a multi meter to do some testing?
