Check engine light come on code is p2298 bank 2 sensor 1 on decelaration
Check engine light keeps coming back on and need to get a emission test what causes this code , will it go away if i replace the ox senser

Most likely it will. Obviously if there is some other problem like a bad wire etc we have no way of knowing but most likely the code is thrown due to the bad sensor. I attached where it goes.
