2005 Pontiac Montana left turn signal

Driver's side turn signal is not working; I already replaced the bulb and checked the fuse; both are ok; when switching the selector inside high-frequency clicking sound can be heard; rear turn signal is working;

Check to make sure it is the correct bulb and if made in china throw it away and buy a brand name one. Even fi they aren't made in u.S. Then check ground to that light. And wiring to make sure it is getting power.
