Rear hatch problem

How do I fix a loose rear door hatch on an nissan xtrail? Whenever I close the hatch and drive off, the hatch begins to shake like its loose. It shakes as if the hatch isnt closed properly. Thanks!

It is one of two problems here, Either the latch is broken and not closing all the way or the striker needs to be adjusted inward which will help the hatch not rattle.
