How to replace headlight assembly on a 2005.

REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

REMOVAL

1. Remove the front bumper. Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION.
2. Remove the headlamp bolts.
3. Disconnect the headlamp connector.

INSTALLATION

Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
6.0 N.M (0.61 kg-m, 53 in-lb)

REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

REMOVAL

1. Remove radiator grille. Refer to FRONT GRILLE.
2. Remove front valance LH, center, then RH.
3. Remove engine undercover.
4. Remove front bumper stays LH and RH.
5. Disconnect fog lamp harnesses, if equipped.
6. Remove front bumper assembly.

INSTALLATION

Installation is in the reverse order of removal.

1. Release upper clips from front grille.
2. Twist and release LH and RH side clips and remove front grille from member.
