2005 Nissan Altima Repair Question

Nissan Altima Engine Problem
I recently have heard a tapping noise in the engine at idle and slower speeds that is constant but will go away as I increase gas acceleration and wonder what could be happening and what I can do to quiet it down.

chekc your oil level first. then have a professional look at itor give an oppinion, it may be a lifter or follower going bad causing it.
