Key won't come out, shifter gets stuck
Shifter doesn't switch from parking to drive or reverse and shifter part has been replaced, but problem still continues.

it depends on what has been replaced. was it a shift cable or a avts part? it cold be something else as well need more info

I had the same problem and getting a new key made solved it for me! Go figure! I hope this helps you too!

The key could be worn and not working, but that doesn't explaine the no shift. Make sure the park lock solenoid is getting power from the brake switch.
