Evacuate the gas responsibly, you may have to remove the radiator to access the condenser attach points, undo the two hose connections and plug the hoses, replace the condenser ASAP, you do not want to leave the system open for any longer than required, fit new "O" ring seals onto pipe fittings, these "O" rings should be lubed with a little refrigerant oil, with system sealed, get it vacced down and add the correct charge of refrigerant, over charging must be avoided as this is detrimental to the optimum operating performance of the system.
