Wheel bearings

Hear a roaring noise coming from front wheel . Could it be bearings or brake drum ? Drum appears to be worn also. More so when coasting. Thanks

When you turn left or right while driving does the noise get louder or quieter?

if it is constant then yes replace the wheel bearings and save for the other side. if only when turnig the its the cv shaft, both easy if you can already handy with a brake job. romove the spindle bring it to a machine shop to press out the old bearing and then reinstall

Before you replace any wheel bearings you really need to make sure there bad.I have a good trick to test them you just need a floor jack and some jack stands.
