The rear door on the drivers side of my e320 does not lock and when i put the key in the ignition it makes a strange sound
I am having difficulty with the remote locking , all the other doors lock except the rear left side and it makes a weird sound when i try to lock it with the remote but does notlock? what can be the problem

It sounds like the lock solenoid is bad. It is the electrical item that make it lock and unlock.
