After driving my 2005 Mazda M3S with a 2.3 L engine for about 75 to 100 miles on the highway at 75 mi./h the car will decelerate to about 20 mi./h I have at the Mazda dealer and they cannot duplicate the problem any suggestions

Run a scan for stored codes. In my experience this is indicative of a rev-limiter being hit or a speed governor being reached. However, it can also be an issue with the computer or sensors causing the computer to fall into 'limp home mode".
