Hello car experts.I have a 1.3 L car where I change the stock rim/tire to a 195/55/r15. Now I feel there is a lag in my acceleration where my torque and fuel consumption is much affected.I have installed a k&n air filter.I noticed I have gained hp but torque and better fuel consumption did not change at all. Will replacing the cat back exhaust help?If not, what should I do?

Probably putting the larger tires has not helped your car, not enough power to turn them correctly

I know because of the larger tyre I had torque problem. Original rim is 14 inches. Mileage is 45,000 km. My question is if I replace the cat back exhaust, will I see any gains in torque.
