Hot air always comes thru vents on driver side when climate controll is set on 60. Doing research points to replace the climate controll valve. I feel that it may be a blend door that is not working correctly. How do I determine which one is the problem, before I tear the dash apart.

Blend door actuator and it is a common issue.

Where is the best place to get information to repair this problem, do I need to pull out the whole heater box under the dash? And where is this blend door located?

I believe it is accessible through the glove box. It is toward the center and up a little in clear view
