My electirc fan has gotten really loud when its on and it stays on longer what could it be?

It sounds really loud and it just started my temps are ok but at a drive thru I had to talk louder because of it

If you are sitting in a drive through with the AC on then it will be much louder than normal. The reason is because both of the cooling fans will be on full blast.
Try turning off your AC and see if that makes a difference.
You also might want to check the coolant to be sure that it is full if it is low then it might be causing your fans to work harder to keep your engine cool.
