2005 Lexus GX 470 Repair Question

Lexus GX470 rear end sitting high
Recently the rear end of my used 2005 truck is sitting significantly higher than the front end. I don't recall hitting any bumps hard & haven't been in an accident. What could this be?

It could be that you accidentally hit the hight control button causing the vehicle to raise up a bit.
