The power steering pump freezes / binds up when I turn my wheel no matter if engine is cold or hot. I have replaced the pump and all belts. All belts are tensioned properly. I'm at a standstill. Can a high pressure hose cause this? It's not leaking nor does it look damaged in any ways. Looking down into the pump while running it appears that the fluid is moving. The only thing I can think of other than that would be the rack. Am I missing something? is there a way to test each item?
