Remove the the harmonic balancer?

How do you remove the bolt from the harmonic balancer n how do you remove the pulley after you remove the bolt

It is easiest if you use an air impact gun but if you don't have one, you are going to have to hold the balancer in place. There are a number of ways to do that but here is a guide that will help with this:
