Bucking or chugging

2005 Kia sadona van code 302. Misfire set once has not reset. Also code po 171. Lean condition. It has reset. When driving the car it will for a short time start bucking or chugging and some times die if at lower rpm. But all other times runs good. Could this be fuel or elect.

P0302 is a misfire in cylinder # 2 and it is related to P0171 which means a lean running condition, mostly a fault in the fuel system.

Attached are description of the problem and diagnostic procedures.
