What fuse is blowing? Specific location and label is required to understand the components and circuits using this fuse.

There is a shorting within the circuit of this fuse and you need to start isolating each component in the circuit to get to the cause.

The fuse is used by the following :
1. PCM.
2. ACC.
3. Trip computer.
4. Stop Lights.
5. DRL.
6. ETWIS.
7. Instrument cluster.
8. Front heater and A/C.

Any of the components could be the cause of it. Note if the fuse blows when any component relaed to it is operated, such as blower fan, applying the brakes.

PCM and trip computer would be less likely to be the cause as they uses minimal current.

1. PCM = Power Control Module, ie engine computer.
2. ACC = Accessories, the ACC circuit when ignition switch is turned the first step; radio, clock, A/C and power plugs/cigarette lighter are accessories.
5. DRL = Daytime Running Lights.
6. ETWIS = Electronic Time & Warning Indication System
