2005 Isuzu Other Repair Question

Changing isuzu Lx300 to Lx250
We are replacing the isuzuLx300 engine with isuzuLx250 engine both diesel what needs to be done on the electricai side , i changed the ECU & Key do i also need to change the loom and if so whats the major diffence wit the 2 cars in electrical
