2005 Infiniti G35 weird sound

When I turn the car on it makes a clunk sound and then when I put it to drive it makes the same noise but even louder. Everytime I turn it on and put it to drive, I have no idea where to start looking, anybody have a idea

Have engine and transaxle mounts checked

How can I check that myself? Or is needed to take it to a mechanic

Have helper start engine with hood opened. You watch engine movement with park brake on and foot on brake pedal have help apply accelerator if engine jumps up and hear noise then engine mount broken
