2005 Hyundai Sonata Repair Question

Hyundai Sonata Battery Problem
When u step on the gas the car makes like a brrrrrrr noise its not real loud but drives me nuts an also when she idles she kinda shakes, I bought with 8 miles on it I maintain her well, just had a tuneup an replaced battery an cables, plugs ect. its getting costly does this sound like something BIG? BAD? plz help

it sounds like it might be a exhaust leak. have it checked to verify. otherwise, look in the belt area for the noise

Thanx so much 4 that speedy reply I appreciate the help I just spent 325.00 tuning up an replacing battery an cables plugs ect(tune-up). You would think that Machanic would have brought these things to my atten seeings it was in 4 a check up.. Thanx so much
