Ticking from the passenger side of engine

I just finished changing the timing belt, along with the tensioner pulley as well as the idler pulley. The car starts fine, accelerates fine and idles properly and I checked and re checked timing marks during the installation of the new belt. There is now a ticking noise that has come about and appears to becoming from the vicinity of the timing belt cover. It seems to come and go and was not there when the car was first started after the install, but has appeared the day after. Wondering if its the tension on the new belt? Help please and thank you!!
