Hyundai Elantra Brake pedal Problem

BRAKES SEEM TO BE LOCKING UP AFTER DRIVING FOR 15 20 MINUTES.WILL NOT GO OVER 15MPH RPM'S ARE UP TO 2-3. CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS NOT ON. BRAKE FLUID LEVEL IS GOOD. BRAKE PEDAL IS HARD AND TIGHT. I LET IT SET FOR HOUR OR SO AND THEN OK BRAKE PEDAL BACK TO NORMAL.

Was anything done prior to this occurring?
The brakes are locking due to pressure build up in system due to heat after driving.
Possibilities are bad master cylinder, improper adjustment of brake pedal to booster push rod clearance, bad felxibel hose, sticking caliper or sider bolts.

You need to test if it is only one or more wheels that is locking up.
