The tilt steering wheel is very intermittent in it's length of travel. The manual says it's supposed to travel down when key is inserted in ignition, and travel back to full up position when key is removed. Sometimes it seems that the ignition is the problem, and other times it seems that it is affected by temperature.Can you help?
